The Fender Deluxe Reverb 1x12" combo, electric guitar amplifier, has probably been used on more stages and in more recording studios that any amplifier ever made. It uses 2 - 6V6 output tubes, a variety of 7025, 12AT7, and 12AX7 pre amp tubes, as well as a 5U4GB rectifier tube.
The date codes on the transformer and choke of this amp indicate 606-820, showing that it is in fact a 1978 built in the 20th week of 1978
This Silver Face amp came to Blues City Music from another dealer in Michigan. I have added a brand new Jensen C12Q - 35 watt speaker for that vintage Fender tone, but the original 12" speaker also comes with the purchase of this amplifier.
This amp is in very good condition, and like all Deluxe's features that quick breakup for all the grit and grind your Strat or Tele ever wanted. It is clean and even has an original Fender 12AX7 pre amp tube in the V1/first position. The reverb and vibrato sounds great, so this amp needs nothing as the stock Fender 2 button Vibrato and Reverb foot switch is included with the sale.
Get it while you can and own a nice piece of 40 year old history.
