Here is a fine example of a "Strat" style guitar hand built by Mike Lampron at Ventura County VIntage Guitars in Simi Valley, California. I know Mike very well, have jammed with him many times, and absolutely love what he does with his relic Strat and Tele style guitars. They are very fairly priced and sound and play fantastic.
This guitar has an Ash body in Taos Turquoise. It has a maple neck with a Fat U shape profile like the original 1954 Fender Strats (commonly called the baseball bat profile), 9.5 degree radius, 6230 vintage frets, aged nickel hardware, and 1954 relic Cunetto pickups.
Guitar weighs 7 lbs., 11 ounces.
