Blues City Music, LLC., is NOW a dealer for Calton Cases (flight cases)

Great news for those of you looking for a truly transportable, hand built flight case for your guitar, bass, or other fine instrument. 

After months of research, we have found that there are no comparisons with Calton Cases of Austin, Texas, when it comes to build quality and true transportability. They use CNC equipment to design the interior space based upon your own personal measurements of your instrument.  This way there won't be any mistakes.  They also triple, that's right TRIPLE hand laminate the exterior with fiberglass for a very secure, durable, yet transportable case. Add the almost 100 rivets WITH backing plates used to secure all components inside the case, and you have a special case as special as your own instrument that will last a lifetime.

How many times have you lugged that rectangular hard shell road case from gig to gig knowing that it is WAY too heavy, WAY too big, and belongs in an 18 wheeler versus your Honda Civic or other standard sized automobile? 

Lynn Burke, Blues City Music's owner has his own Calton Case for his original 1961 Gibson Les Paul / SG.  Crimson exterior of course for his Alabama Crimson Tide, and black velvet on the inside. 

All cases are hand made one at a time so count on a 4 week build time or 2 weeks if you expedite via an additional $200 fee.
